We’ve had a great start to 2023 at DMi Partners, and Q1 wrapped up on a truly humbling high note: news that we’d received both a 2023 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award and a 2023 Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces Award.
Both of these awards depend heavily on employee feedback and engagement – and, for that matter, so does the initiative of building a great company culture. Every single DMi employee contributed to these awards, whether through honest feedback that made us better, infectious attitudes that make workdays more fun, or by adherence to the values we live by:

Both organizations associated with these awards make winning them a little sweeter – Gallup, for their impeccable reputation for understanding and analyzing the factors that make businesses successful, and the Inquirer, for being an institution in our beloved headquarters of Philadelphia.
Mostly, though, it’s a great occasion to stop and reflect on the incredible team of people driving these honors. The DMi workforce has shown incredible resilience and flexibility over the last few years as we’ve shifted from in-office to fully remote to hybrid according to employee preference. It may sound naïve to say that our culture is stronger than it was before COVID disrupted work as we knew it, but I firmly believe it to be the case – even as we’ve growth more than 30% over the last three years and expanded our footprint from Philadelphia across the country.
