Jamdesk is an affiliate marketing agency, founded in late 2022 by Max Johnson, an industry veteran. Offering traditional agency services as well as project-based work, Jamdesk launches and scales affiliate programs. Core to our best-in-class services is a reliance on data and belief that one size fits DOES NOT fit all. We develop custom growth strategies and operate as an extension of each brand.

Jamdesk is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the team. The Account Manager will oversee a group of clients, responsible for developing strategy and maintaining the relationships between clients and partners alike.

This position is fully-remote and does not require any travel. As one of our first employees, you will be presented with a ton of upside including profit sharing and working side-by-side with the founding team. To remain fully transparent, we will share Jamdesk’s three, six, and twelve month goals during the interview process. We’re looking for someone that sees themselves as a key component of our future.

Key Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop winning strategies

  • Work with the client to identify clear, measurable goals
  • Use those objectives to inform our approach to driving program growth
  • Leverage data to further optimize strategies

Manage client relationships

  • Operate as an extension of the client’s team
  • Conduct recurring meetings focused on deliverables and upcoming initiatives
  • Maintain ad-hoc communication via email and other shared channels

Develop and maintain partner relationships

  • Pitch and secure mutually beneficial placements & optimizations
  • Nurture relationships with top partners
  • Cross-promote brands when relevant
  • Support the recruitment of new partners

Analyze and develop data insights

  • Build one-off reporting, as needed, to supplement pre-built dashboards
  • Analyze data on an ongoing basis, sharing with the client “how, why, and what now” as it relates to performance

  • Jamdesk takes full ownership of your onboarding experience. We have a well-developed training plan that will ease you into the affiliate world, establish clear milestones, and define our company culture. Your onboarding will include shadowing opportunities and on-the-job training

Early days

  • Familiarize yourself with existing set of clients and their unique goals
  • Demonstrate competence completing the key responsibilities with occasional oversight

6-12 months

  • Demonstrate expertise in key responsibilities
  • Add clear and measurable value to clients through your work

1 year+

  • Full ownership of key responsibilities
  • Recommend optimizations on ways to improve existing processes
  • Gain ownership of additional responsibilities based on skills & professional interests


Minimum Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing experience
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented…next level organization
  • Ability to think big picture while also prioritizing daily work
  • Enjoys numbers and telling stories with data
  • Self-starter

With this being a fully-remote position, we expect you to have access to high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace you can use to host Zoom meetings.
