We are seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Manager focused on developing deep relationships with partners to work on the Aragon Premium (https://aragonpremium.com) division of The Aragon Company. At Aragon Premium we have cultivated a vast affiliate network of content sites, mass media publishers, mobile apps, influencer affiliates, and media buyers. The Affiliate Manager role will be chiefly responsible for recruiting and managing affiliates on various affiliate campaign opportunities managed by our network.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience finding and recruiting affiliates and managing affiliate activity, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various traffic sources.
Identify and recruit new affiliates to join the Aragon Premium network, lining up traffic for new offers and clientele looking to scale activity.
Manage a diverse mix of affiliate types, including paid search and social media buyers, content websites, in-app media buyers, loyalty/incent offer walls, influencer networks, and more.
Develop relationships with affiliates, nurturing closer ties; maintain very high affiliate retention and growth rates.
Work closely with account management and analytics team members to optimize affiliate activity to achieve client KPIs.
Develop strong relationships and strategic partnerships with supply partners that lead to new opportunities and mutual growth.
Vet inbound affiliates for legitimacy and quality of traffic.
Attend industry conferences, presentations, and webinars to stay current with industry trends.
What You Have:
3 – 5 years experience in affiliate management
Hands-on experience working with Everflow, Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, Impact, and Branch
Familiarity with user acquisition models (CPI, CPA, CPC, CPL)
Strong understanding of existing mobile advertising and monetization ecosystem
Thorough understanding of multiple marketing channels including content marketing, programmatic, mobile app, lead generation, email marketing, loyalty, influencer marketing, and more
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order to chaos, especially in ambiguous situations
Prioritizes competing objectives appropriately and manages time with skill
Loves to continually learn and stay ahead of the industry
Ability to map opportunities, create and manage at operational levels, and produce consistent business reports to upper management
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a matrix environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A mission-driven, team-player approach; and a desire to make an impact and difference
The integrity, maturity, judgment, and self-confidence to operate effectively with a high level of independence
Legally work in the United States or Canada
This role pays a base salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience, as well as an uncapped commissions. Candidates may anticipate an additional $20k – $40k in commissions in their first year, pending performance.
