Affiliate Marketing Specialist.

The Affiliate Marketing Analyst role is responsible for managing the day-to-day relations with a group of our affiliates/influencers. You will be responsible for growing current relationships, setting up exclusive deals, recruiting potential partners, and hitting KPIs for your book of business. In this role, it’s important you have strong problem-solving and time-management skills and are comfortable sending a lot of emails and talking with affiliates on the phone. Communication is key in the affiliate space. Our goal is to be the best affiliate program our partners work with here to always answer questions and help them be successful.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Affiliate activity, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase partner-generated revenue
  • Maintain a high level of communication with partners, analyze and report weekly/monthly performance to the team
  • Send daily offers to your top partners
  • Negotiate commission rates, paid placements, and organic placements with Affiliates
  • Work with partners to ensure they understand which deals are performing
  • Recruit new Affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues
  • Optimize paid media placements, provide links, and analyze performance
  • Create Affiliate newsletters to inform affiliates of new products, campaigns, or program changes
  • Be comfortable working with influencers and SMB owners

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working in Affiliate or Influencer Marketing
  • Strong aptitude with MS Office products and Google Suite, especially Excel/Sheets
  • Self-starter who works well within a team environment
  • Ability to effectively manage and build partner relationships
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, quality, and cleanliness in work
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships
