Full time, the original business within Alibaba Group, is one of the largest marketplace in the world. It connects 20 million+ active buyers and suppliers in over 180 countries and regions across 40 major product categories. We are developing our US-based team which grows for American customers, and leading it to triple-digit growth. Hence we are seeking a full-time buyer growth professional and digital affiliate marketing expert to help build and expand our American buyer business. This position requires an experienced buyer/traffic growth expert who can recognize new opportunities with both new and existing customers. Preferred candidate has a documented history successfully acquiring buyers via affiliate channels and influencer marketing for e-commerce companies. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and have a strong proven track record with solid relationship skills. 1. Develop AliExpress’s buyer and traffic growth strategy, good at affiliate marketing strategy and planning, responsible for management and development of new and existing affiliate sites including Deals、Coupon、Cash back、Social groups、Influencer&content、Card link offers etc, to achieve user acquisition and sales goals. 2. Collaborate with merchants team for product selection, planning, supply chain management of affiliate campaigns and big sale campaigns, has excellent judgment and analytics on market trends. 3. Build relationship with business partners, identify business opportunities for new and existing buyers through partnerships. 4. Analyze and understand customer needs, closely work with traffic channels and publishers, including providing excellent partnership support to publishers and build an overseas affiliate publishers ecology.
Position Requirement
– 5+ years of experience in buyer/traffic growth in e-commerce. – Strong knowledge on performance marketing business, familiar with US affiliate publishers/traffic/influencers channels. – Written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to present ideas in a clear manner. – Results oriented and Exhibits excellent judgment. – Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment, embracing aggressive goals, challenges, and new opportunities.
