We are developing our US-based team which grows for American customers, and leading it to triple-digit growth. Hence we are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager who can oversee and implement influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility、engagement、traffic growth and GMV increase via social media platforms. The role involves developing, executing, and evaluating campaigns that leverage influencer partnerships. The Influencer Marketing Manager’s job is to create and execute influencer marketing campaigns. These campaigns aim to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Your job duties will include identifying new partnership opportunities, developing relationships with prominent influencers, and brainstorming creative and engaging content ideas for influencer campaigns targeting different social media platforms. 1、Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals,guide followers to purchase and achieve sales goals.. 2、Responsibilities include handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision. 3、identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience、brand values, optimize campaigns and monitor metrics such as engagement, reach, UV and ROI. 4、Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative and merchants team, to establish cohesive and successful campaigns. 5、stay informed about industry trends、social trends、social hero products and best practices in influencer marketing. 6、Monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits.
Position Requirement
• More than 4 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, and those who has successful cases are preferred • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and other social media KOLs best practices • Social Media Advert Product knowledge or at least an affinity for Digital Advertising • Familiar with the operation mode of e-commerce platforms and content for social commerce • Understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
