Associate Account Manager.

As Associate Account Manager, reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will work closely with the BD team to support revenue growth strategies for brand partners across multiple retail categories and marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in performance marketing, a data-driven mindset, and an enthusiastic approach to the sales process.


What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the Director and Sr. Account Manager to support account strategy and execution of timely client deliverables in all categories
  • Negotiate media placements with brand partners in exchange for premium commission rates
  • Manage partner campaign performance against revenue targets and analyze post-campaign reporting to interpret trends and provide client feedback
  • Prepare monthly reporting and work with the team to identify actionable insights to inform monthly sales plans
  • Assess recruitment opportunities, close new merchant packages, and lead all new clients through the onboarding process
  • Create and manage ongoing QA process for media placements, and work closely with Merchandising team to ensure timely fulfillment of insertion orders
  • Develop and manage feedback loop for improvement of internal tools and resources
  • Attend relevant events to meet with key clients and increase FlipGive’s visibility as an industry thought leader

About You

  • 2-3 years experience in affiliate or gift card marketing preferably at a network, agency or affiliate / gift card marketing role with a brand / retailer.
  • Experience working with multiple portfolios of partners and managing one-to-many communication
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau and Excel
  • Data-driven mindset and proactive approach to the sales process
  • Knowledge of the publisher landscape and understanding of FlipGive’s business model and positioning
