As a Brand Relationship Manager at Mavely, you are responsible for growth of brands via the affiliate channel. You are an affiliate expert, having knowledge of how the affiliate channels functions and can allow growth for our brands and influencers. You are a relationship expert. You are an expert relationship builder with the top affiliate networks, agencies, and brands in the world. Brand Relationship Manager Responsibilities

Who you are:

  • 2+ years’ experience within the affiliate space with a key focus on brand optimization and growth.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for owning projects end to end
  • Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a fast paced, results-oriented, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of the affiliate landscape with the ability to build relationships with publishers and brands.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing landscape – the affiliate networks, agencies, and technologies to optimize effectively
  • Expertise in understanding the publisher landscape and how its evolving
  • Comfortable in Google office suite and workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.)
  • An aptitude for strategy with an innate passion for pop and Internet culture
  • Strong relationship skills to create new and unique opportunities for our brands from organic reach to paid opportunities
  • Team player who likes to be in the know understanding how the business works
  • Outstanding organization, time-management, and follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

What you’ll do:

  • Own the relationships with the affiliate platforms to optimize opportunity and reach within their client rosters
  • Leverage our affiliate relationships to advance and deepen our technical integrations for superior data and compliance
  • Build relationships with key strategic affiliate management agencies to maximize the opportunity with new brands, optimize with existing brands on the Mavely platform, and find ways for additional partnership and growth.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new brands to the Mavely platform via the Mavely affiliate relationships with the networks, agencies, and brands themselves.
  • Manage & oversee targeted list of key brand accounts to optimize and build strategic relationships with
  • Monitor and manage the brands on Mavely by adjusting for changes such as commission updates, alterations to terms & conditions, and more
  • Increase revenue opportunities with existing Mavely brands by leveraging paid optimization campaigns to our target brands
  • Develop strong relationships to negotiate and oversee the most competitive commissions rates for the brands on Mavely
  • Manage and help drive updates to the product roadmap for our brands, our teams and Mavely as a whole
  • Leverage data to find new opportunities and growth levels with the brands on the Mavely platform
