- What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives in Brazil;
- Collaborate with the local teams to drive growth and profitability;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors;
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead;
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the business;
- Organize, enable & support the entry of further Mitgo offerings into the Brazilian market;
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies;

- What we expect:
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field;
- Experience working in the IT industry;
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese are mandatory – Spanish is a plus.
