Your Role at ShopYourLikes:

The Creator Growth Manager is a pivotal role in the launch of the UK division of our exciting Creator Monetization Platform, ShopYourLikes. This role will drive both creator growth and acquisition within the ShopYourLikes community. Success is measured by increasing revenue via new creator sign ups and establishing partnerships with agencies and talent management companies to bring their talent on to the ShopYourLikes platform, and coaching those creators (as affiliates) to leverage a playbook that will accelerate their earnings. Whether these accounts are long-time ShopYourLikes users or just getting started, this role is driven by relationship-building through learning about creators’ businesses and goals.


Creator Pipeline Growth and Strategic Oversight:

  • Building and closing a strong pipeline of talent through creative outreach/networking, contacts, 1st party data, and 3rd party tools
  • Growing the ShopYourLikes creator base in core categories (Lifestyle: Home Decor, Mom Content, Fashion, & Beauty)
  • Expanding creator coverage on platforms like IG, FB, YouTube, TikTok, and blogs/newsletters
  • Adapt and understand trends in the creator economy and craft outreach to fit within that structure
  • Identify market trends and opportunities, then partnering with leadership to improve our product/service offering and capture market share
  • Attend creator events to drive new creator acquisition

Account Management:

  • Understand each creator’s business, including goals and challenges, to provide personalized guidance
  • Build relationships through highly proactive engagement and consistent communication (email, text, DMs, etc.)
  • Analyze creator content, audiences, key retailers, performance patterns, and areas for improvement to help develop growth plans
  • Implement retention strategies and initiatives to win long-term content real estate
  • Onboard and educate new creator accounts through best-in-class service
  • Cast and manage creators for paid campaigns, reporting on each campaign’s success

Revenue Focus:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly financial and north star metric goals for creator growth
  • Focus 1:1 sourcing on high-quality and high-performing creators with proven/promising affiliate earning potential
  • Invest in 1: many growth opportunities with agencies and talent management companies whose leadership and creators believe in the value of affiliate earnings
  • Deliver high-quality coaching strategies to increase performance and drive incremental revenue (such as content and retailer diversification)
  • Monitor traffic performance and collaborate cross-functionally with analyst, product, and retailer account management teams to optimize revenue goals
  • Analyze daily reports to prioritize growth with high performing and re-engaged creators


  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator monetization
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer client services, talent management or influencer client development (bizdev) on the creator side
  • Ability to foster and create strong connections in the influencer talent space
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Clear understanding of the affiliate creator business
  • Tremendous attention to detail in content analysis and creator communication
  • Passion for creators and strong ability to understand the impact of engagement
  • The natural ability to collaborate
  • A beat on social media virality, pop-culture, and trends
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools
