Connexity, a Taboola company, is seeking a highly motivated Data Operations Team Lead to join our growing team. Responsibilities will include managing and mentoring a team of data analysts, leading efforts to improve data quality and accuracy, developing and enforcing data governance policies, and coordinating with other teams across the company to implement data-driven solutions. Responsibilities
Team leadership of a 10-15 person team including onboarding and training of new employees
Responsibility for quality assurance for our markets in USA, DE, UK, FR and IT
Close cooperation with our account managers and engineers
Responsibility and creation of regular reports as well as team-related budget planning
Ensuring the smooth running of our content processes and, if necessary, independently initiating of appropriate measures
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a data operations role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
Expertise in Excel, SQL a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficient in English and German
