About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Account Manager to join our Client Success team in managing and growing our merchant accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our strategic clients, understanding their business goals, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and upselling opportunities. You will serve as the main point of contact for your assigned accounts and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.   • Manage and grow merchant accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong relationships with clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business needs, challenges, and goals, and provide strategic guidance and recommendations to drive value and achieve objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver exceptional service and to identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor account performance, analyse data, and provide regular reporting to clients, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on e-commerce and digital advertising strategies
  • Proactively identify and address any client issues or concerns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions such as DMEXCO and OMR


  • Account management or client success roles in the advertising or e-commerce industry
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, exceeding revenue targets, and driving customer satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry, digital advertising landscape, and performance marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
