As the Growth Manager, you will be a key contributor to the Gen3 Growth Team, which is tasked with achieving revenue growth and increasing the acquisition of profitable client contracts through qualified lead generation. The Growth Manager will be responsible for supporting Gen3’s strong growth trajectory. You will support the Growth team with lead generation efforts, email outreach, presentations, and other initiatives required to achieve stated business goals.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly motivated with strong attention to detail, and has a proven track record of executing effective multi-channel programs that create demand and accelerate the demand pipeline. You will plan, create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns to capture potential clients.
The Growth Manager will operate with a spirit of entrepreneurship, proactively evaluating and prioritizing opportunities for increasing Gen3 qualified lead volume. The individual will work with the CGO, Marketing, Sales, and Delivery to manage the execution.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Support the Gen3 Growth team with full-funnel lead gen strategic initiatives and activation
Support the new business efforts with Hubspot management, pitch decks, and outbound email
Support the lead gen initiatives including editorial across organic social media management, blog post creation, articles, research papers, and other initiatives/recommendations from partner agency
Increase qualified lead generation through upper, mid, and lower funnel strategies
Analyze existing strategies for improvement
Foster the messaging, positioning, content strategy, and creation, solutions marketing, and delivery of brand experiences that engage the target customer base
Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
Lead Gen Support:
Support the lead generation program that drives a robust pipeline of qualified new business leads
Operate in a performance-driven environment, where ambiguity is removed or minimized by clear, measurable goals and frequent analysis of progress
Support the digital marketing program (website, SEO, social media channels), ensuring campaigns are pacing to business goals
Prepare and review presentations on lead gen metrics for monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance analysis
Build effective relationships with business unit and functional leaders
Lead by example to promote the company’s culture and standards
Periodic travel required
Contribute to the creation of written proposals and presentations by assembling and customizing pre-existing data, researching relevant competitors, and identifying optimization opportunities to assist with custom proposals and presentations.
Support the response of presentation requests, RFIs, and RFPs within imposed deadlines by evaluating requirements, organizing resources, and prioritizing tasks.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will increase clients and the cross-selling of services to the existing client base.
Participates in preparing and maintaining documents for new client outreach and pitches, including capabilities decks, case studies, RFP response database, presentation materials, thought starters, etc.
Experience and Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as a digital marketing, business development, or lead generation associate with project experience.
Previous demand generation growth strategy, segmentation, and execution experience you understand the pieces of a successful digital campaign and how that process is executed.
Proven experience planning and executing lead and demand gen tactics including inbound marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
Proven track record of delivering impactful content
Strong writing, communication, and proofreading skills across a wide variety of marketing materials.
Team player and oriented to results.
Ability to prioritize, lead, and execute multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Attention to detail, time management and project management
Experience managing HubSpot
Experience leveraging email, video, webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, blogs, social media and press as strategic channels to promote campaign programs and events.
Location: Canada and US locations will be considered except for the following US States: Washington, California, Nevada, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Colorado Connecticut, Maryland, and Rhode Island.
