About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Manager, Social Media to join our team.  This individual will be critical to establishing the success of the team and our new programs. You should have a strong understanding of Social Media creative, detail oriented, super organized, a problem solver, and love using data to drive key decision making.  You’ll drive the content optimization across all of our social channels, as well as lead the strategy for our Influencer partnerships. With a creative mindset, but a performance drive, you’ll be the perfect combination of elevating our customer experience through our Social channels and achieving KPI success.   

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Work with Sr. Manager, Social Media to help drive day-to-day strategy
  • Manage multiple social content calendars 
  • Assist in tracking & managing priority social projects/tests across key social media channels & tactics (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,Twitter, LinkedIN, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, creative  testing, analytics solutions)
  • Lead Roadmaps for organic and influencer support
  • Work with external vendor partners and internal cross functional marketing teams to execute organic and paid social media plans
  • Collaborate with Creative + Marketing Strategy teams to conceptualize and produce social first content for key messaging priorities 
  • Build strategy for Influencer support
  • Select all influencers, manage process beginning to end
  • Manage team of two direct reports
  • Monitor social media marketing data and trends to help improve efforts in the channel 
  • Make analytical, data driven recommendations
  • Help develop and manage a test & learn plan to continuously drive improvement in our paid social media creative results

 

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience

  • 7+ Years experience in a Social Media Marketing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or similar
  • Must have a passion for social media with an eager attitude to maximize data & industry insights to continue to scale and evolve our Social Media program
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce social media editorial content calendars 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with social media management & reporting tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Khoros, Radian6, etc)
  • Must have strong knowledge of Organic Social &Paid Social Advertising and its role in Performance Marketing
  • Must have experience in Influencer Marketing
  • Strong understanding or working knowledge of designing creative for social media (Experience with Adobe Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar creative platforms a plus) 
  • Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Project Management Tools (Workfront)
  • Experience in GRIN, TikTok Creator Marketplace or similar Influencer sourcing platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understands big picture strategy and cross-channel marketing plans
  • High attention to detail, resourceful, and efficient
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through
  • Previous retail / eCommerce / merchandising experience preferred

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a hybrid work environment from our Dublin California office.

The starting salary for this position is $100,900 – $115,000 and may increase to $125,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 12% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy.  Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
