Responsibilities:

· Expertise driving customer acquisition running $MM lead generation campaigns.

· Generate continuous growth via digital media by making data-driven decisions and creating actionable recommendations.

· Measures and reports performance for digital marketing and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

· Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

· Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

· Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

Core Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience buying DIRECT RESPONSE digital media.

· Strong Excel skills and an ability to manage and analyze large sets of data.

· Ability to handle a variety of projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to easily collaborate with different colleagues and vendors from Sales to Account Management
