Program Manager.

The Program Manager will lead a variety of product development and business initiatives, playing an integral role in all aspects of the software development life cycle. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing enterprise-level programs and/or multiple projects within each product line and will also be responsible for developing a consolidated view of the program, and for program deliverables including schedules, cross-project dependencies, risk analysis, stakeholder coordination, and regular communication of status.

Responsibilities
Lead projects throughout entire development lifecycle: concept, design, production, testing, and release of projects
Partner with engineering & business team to define timelines and milestones for technology projects
Communicate and own project schedule throughout the project lifecycle
Manage projects efficiently across multiple divisions and time zones
Drive innovation through contribution and sound judgment within the engineering teams
Stand at the intersection of the engineering and product teams, and be a true business partner to all organizations
Facilitating the AGILE process so priorities are met, while focusing, empowering, and coaching your teams to success
Communicate with fellow project managers, engineering teams, & business partners regarding project risks or changes in scope and timing
Resolving obstacles through strong internal partnerships, clear plans of action, and creative problem solving
Requirements
Strong track record of project management success leading engineering teams
8 + years of experience working in systems based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) combined with a functional knowledge of development processes
Hands on experience with Agile, Kanban or Scrum, Waterfall or other web project management methodology
Bachelor’s Degree

This position is hybrid 2 days/week working in our Santa Monica Office: 2120 Colorado Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90404

The pay range for this position in Los Angeles is $125-150K. The pay may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
