Senior Affiliate Channel Marketing Specialist.

As a part of the Affiliate Marketing Channel team, you will work to acquire new customers and optimize repeat buyers by engaging partners around the globe to promote Vistaprint’s products and offerings.What You Will Do

• Drive the development, partner management, recruitment, and affiliate network relationships of the North America affiliate program
• Own reporting for weekly, monthly, quarterly, as well as ad hoc reports on various campaigns and tests. Identify trends and find actionable insights, flagging opportunities to grow or optimize performance across affiliate partners
• Own Affiliate channel performance and present results to senior marketing leaders/ internal and external stakeholders, drive channel strategy in line with the roadmap and forecasted growth.
• Work with tech, pricing, GTM, creative and other cross-functional teams to acquire required campaign assets
• Own affiliate channel promotion strategy, ensuring it aligns with the Business goals; continually monitor and adapt strategy based on performance
• Build & traffic new campaigns and tests, perform Q&A for these campaigns
• Forecast, review, and keep track of marketing spend
• Work with affiliate network / platform and external Agency team to grow and optimize program performance

• 2-4 years of experience, across analytics and affiliate channel
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize, problem-solve & plan
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with pivot tables, formatting, formulas, customizing reports
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience with Impact and/or SaaS affiliate platforms

Nice To Have

• Established relationships within NA affiliate industry
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish relationships with internal and external partners
• Prior experience working with large cross-functional teams working remotely across the globe
• Experience working with Looker, The Search Monitor, Confluence, Asana, Outlook
