Your role at Bolt
Bolt is in search of a seasoned and proactive Senior Product Marketing Manager who will lead full funnel go to market strategies. You will drive product adoption through overseeing betas, designing success metrics, and researching product and industry trends to guide decision-making and gain a competitive edge. You will play an essential role in arming our commercial teams with the messaging and tools to drive revenue growth. Success in this position will be gauged by the impact on net-new revenue and alignment with our overall vision and strategy.
What you will be doing
Drive GTM strategy for product adoption and pricing, creating positioning, messaging, and cross-product narratives.
Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functionally to define the vision and strategic direction and priorities for Bolt’s product offering
Track beta performance and design success metrics for case studies, feature prioritization, and informed decision-making on enablement materials.
Research product and industry trends, enabling sales with clear positioning for competitive advantage.
Build enablement materials and training to ensure our sales and customer success teams clearly communicate value to prospects and customers.
Conduct research with merchants, partners, & internal ops, converting business-related issues to product requirements
What would set you up for success
6+ years of product marketing experience or a combination of product marketing and related experience (consulting, strategy, partnerships)
Experience in Fintech, Payments, Ecommerce, Martech or related industries
Comfortable communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
Enjoy crafting narratives and storytelling
Analytical and data-driven

Estimated compensation range: $180,000-220,000
