The modern day shelf space is the publisher website, where a consumer selects a product. Optimizing that shelf space is central to the role of the marketing lead and the publisher.  Their relationship should reinforce the messaging, the pricing and the product itself. 

On Monday July 31st, 2023 we discussed how trust is built and maintained, the importance of having a strong publishing brand and how advertisers can build strategic relationship with publisher brands.

Kent Grayson is Associate Professor of Marketing, Kellogg School of Management, Co-Founder of The Trust Project at Northwestern.  

Professor Grayson’s research focuses on trust and the related issues of truth, authenticity, and deception. His publications include a study of how trust in the marketplace affects consumers’ trust in a company.

During her tenure at Amazon, Tory oversaw a variety of businesses including children’s apparel, toys, and pets.
